Hi my name is Anton Frankovich, Area Supervisor of Daizy Dooz in the Weber and Davis County areas. I have been with Daizy Dooz since 2012. I am currently a business student enrolled at the University of Utah! I love dogs, and enjoy making sure that my customers are happy! I own a Golden Lab named Annabelle, and she is a huge inspiration to me and why I enjoy working for Daizy Dooz!

Why should I use a Pet Waste Removal Service?​

Let's face it no one, and we mean no one loves to pick up the goodies left behind from our beloved pets. We at Daizy Dooz however, we love it! We love being able to provide a service to you fine pet loving people so you can spend more time with your beloved furry friends and the ones that fight you to pick up after them! Seriously, dog feces is nasty stuff and can carry harmful parasites that can make you, your family, and your loved pets not feel so good. Also, it is not fertilizer and will burn and damage that beautiful lawn of yours.

Can my dog be in the yard while Daizy Dooz is working?

We love dogs! If your dog is friendly with strangers and will allow us to clean the yard, feel free to leave your dog out while we clean your yard. Our Daizy Dooz Representatives carry treats for your furry friends! However, if your dog is territorial or unfriendly, please keep your dog indoors until your service has been completed. We do not want to take any unnecessary risks, so please keep this in mind.

What happens if it rains, snows, or there’s bad weather on my service day?

Daizy Dooz will continue to service your yard throughout the year in your area. Doing so will keep your yard waste free and help maintain a healthier environment for you and your pet. We monitor the weather closely and do our best to get to your yard before any severe weather occurs. If there are any changes in schedules or cancellations due to bad weather, we will notify you via text. While no refunds are issued due to bad weather, we will remove all the missed waste on our next visit at no extra charge.

How do you service around Holidays?

We at Daizy Dooz believe that holidays are family time for you and as well as for our employees. Service operations will not take place on the following holidays: Christmas Day, New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Pioneer Day, and Labor Day. Your scheduled day will either be a business day before or after your normal service day and announced to you the week prior to the holiday.

Does Daizy Dooz rake or move leaves in the fall to find the poop?

No, we are here to service your yard the best way possible, and guarantee our services; however, we only scoop poop that we see. We recommend you blow away or bag leaves 3-5 times during the fall leaf season so we can effectively scoop the poop.

Do I have to be home for the service?

You do not have to be home while our Daizy Dooz Representative cleans your yard. We can perform the service as long as we can access your yard. Please contact us at 801-513-4999 if you do have a locked gate or a code is needed for entrance.

What if I have any questions related to my service, need to provide updated information such as a new pet, or if I need to notify Daizy Dooz that I’m moving?

If you have any questions related to your service, updates to your contact information, or if you are adding another dog to your family, let us know as soon as possible by calling us at 801-513-4999 and we will update your account.

Should I have my gate unlocked?

Yes, please leave gates unlocked so that we are able to provide your regularly scheduled service. For safety reasons, we will not climb or jump over any gates or fences. If your gate has a combination lock, please contact us at 801-513-4999 and inform us of the combination or passkey prior to your service. If your gate is locked or blocked (or if your dog will not allow us to clean the yard), it may be necessary to charge for the service that could not be completed.

Does Daizy Dooz require a long-term contract?

Daizy Dooz has no service contracts and you may stop and continue service at any time. If you suspend service, please note that if your pet is continuing to use the yard, there may be an additional charge on your next visit due to the additional accumulation of waste. Please notify our office at 801-513-4999 Seven days prior to suspending service.
